Franchisees

Financing Your Franchise Purchase

Your first application to the bank is your most important one. Underwriters anchor to that first impression — a declined file rarely gets a second chance. Roger Noble personally architects your entire financing package before a single page reaches the bank.

  • Complete financing package prepared for you — including leasehold audit, cost verification, and CSBFP expertise
  • Protected by the Commitment Guard protocol
  • Your file verified through the Verified Transaction Protocol (VTP) — bank-grade KYC, open banking direct-pull, CRA direct-pull, and independent contractor authentication

Protecting Your Brand from Disclosure Liability

In Canada's regulated disclosure provinces, legislation can trigger two-year rescission rights and inescapable personal liability for franchisor associates — including officers, the sales team and more — even when innocently providing pro formas or trying to help incoming franchisees with their financing.

  • Independent third-party intermediary — arm's-length from your brand
  • Candidate-owned pro formas, neutralizing rescission claims
  • Certificate of Independent Financial Review (IFR) issued

Bankers & Lenders

Fraud-Resistant, Adjudicator-Ready Files

FranMax's Verified Transaction Protocol eliminates PDF fraud, synthetic identities, and inflated contractor quotes before your desk sees the file. Every submission has already passed a four-pillar verification process — bank-grade KYC, open banking direct-pull, CRA direct-pull, and independent contractor authentication.

  • No PDF bank statements — live data from financial institutions
  • CRA income confirmation via direct client-authorized pull
  • Independent contractor cost authentication before submission

Protecting Your Clients from Associate Liability

With seven provincial disclosure acts in force, your franchisor clients need a documented, arm's-length Financial Discovery Channel. FranMax provides the independent intermediary structure, the Certificate of Independent Financial Review, and the Firewall protocol that protects their FDD and their directors' and other franchisor associates' personal liability exposure.

  • Documented Safe Harbour across all seven disclosure provinces
  • Item 20 integrity preserved — financial modelling outside the sales funnel
  • FranMax does not provide legal advice — complements your counsel
